Boy am I discouraged. I followed weight watchers for a week - added steps and exercised and... I GAINED WEIGHT!! So here it is - my plan.

My Big Fat Menopausal Life - The Plan
Here is my plan.
I intend to eat more plant based foods and less animal fat.
I will add 20 to 30 minutes of intentional exercise everyday (except Sunday - my day of rest.
I will weigh myself every Friday morning (and be kind to myself if it's not what I expected).
I will reward myself for even small successes (like keeping my exercise commitment for a week).
